Katie K.I've never been a big believer that nutrition could make amazing body transformations. I've always thought it was important, but I thought exercise trumped nutrition. I have been proven way wrong. I started working with Sarah because I wanted to lose "that last 10 pounds" in hopes of being able to do pull-ups in the gym. I knew I needed accountability and a little extra help in order to achieve this in the time frame I was looking for. Never did I think my entire body would go through a major transformation. I lost weight in my face, my muscle tone started to show through, and I'm proud of how I look for the first time in as long as I can remember.

I’ve lost over 12% body fat, a ton of inches, I’ve gained muscle mass, and am in better shape than when I was in my 20’s.
